Terms & Conditions
De Jagers Paarl is running a community prize draw open to customers of the Paarl branch, running in three separate monthly rounds. Each time you make a purchase at De Jagers Paarl you earn one entry – and your nominated school or charitable organisation could win R10 000. Please read these terms carefully before entering.

Entries from one round are not carried over to the next round. Each round is a separate competition.
1. HOW TO ENTER
Any customer who makes a purchase at the De Jagers Paarl branch during the applicable competition period qualifies for one (1) entry per transaction. To enter, write your full name, contact telephone number, and the name of your nominated institution on your till slip, and place it in the entry box at the branch before close of business on the last day of the round.
2. ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS
You may nominate any school, sport club, or charitable organisation physically located within the Drakenstein Local Municipality, including: Paarl, Wellington, Franschhoek, Klapmuts and surrounding areas.
Important: If a drawn slip nominates an institution outside the Drakenstein area, both prizes are forfeited and a redraw will take place. Please confirm your institution qualifies before entering.
3. PRIZES

The Pasella Voucher expires one year from the draw date and is redeemable at De Jagers stores only.
4. DRAW PROCESS
One slip is drawn at random per round. Draws are overseen and certified by Jaco du Toit (Accountant) as required by the Consumer Protection Act Regulations. Where physical presence is not practicable, the draw will be fully video recorded and the independent expert will review and certify in writing. Records are retained for 3 years.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be contacted within 5 business days of the draw. If the individual winner cannot be reached or does not claim their voucher within 30 days, a redraw will be held. The same applies if the winning institution cannot be contacted or declines the prize.
6. ELIGIBILITY
Open to customers 18 years and older residing in Paarl, Wellington, Franschhoek, Klapmuts and surrounding areas. Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of De Jagers are not eligible to enter or win.
7. DATA & GENERAL
Personal information collected is used solely to administer this competition and will not be shared with third parties. These rules are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. De Jagers reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition with reasonable notice. De Jagers’ decision is final.
