RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Sell a diverse range of clothing (which may include school uniforms and other products)

Provide exceptional customer experience

Replenish stock

Adhere to stock control measures

Share housekeeping duties within the shop

Consistently uphold merchandising standards

Create and drive a friendly and welcoming environment, for clients and co-workers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A team player

Passion for retail, creativity and urge to keep up with fashion trends

Experience in the clothing retail environment (this is not a must, but will count in your favour)

Ability to effectively gain and relay product knowledge – which will be one of your selling techniques

Minimal:  Matric or similar qualification

Fluency in at least 2 of these languages:  Afrikaans, English and/or Xhosa

Clear criminal record

Verkoop ‘n verskeidenheid van klere (wat skooldrag en ander produkte mag insluit)

Vermoë om effektief produkkennis te aan te leer en deur te gee aan klant – as deel van jou verkoopstegniek

Minimum:  Matriek of soortgelyke kwalifikasie

Vlot in minstens 2 van hierdie tale:  Afrikaans, Engells en/of Xhosa
